From the time of its incorporation, the company has undertaken five successful projects within Mavoko Municipality of the larger Nairobi Metropolitan region. These have been successfully sold and most of the titles processed and delivered to the purchasers.
The sixth project is situated within Thika District. The project 200 Acres, located approximately 0.5 Kms off the proposed Greater Eastern bypass, 7kms from the main Thika-Garissa highway and 7Kms off Thika superhighway.
